Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end supply planning activities, the full-time Global Supply Planning Manager will oversee supply planning for cell and gene therapy, including clinical and commercial manufacturing at CDMOs, while working remotely or from Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans
- Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in coordination with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management
- Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Sciences
- 5-7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning, ideally in autologous cell & gene therapy
- APICS or similar certification preferred
- 2+ years' experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GMP manufacturing/storage requirements
