Job Summary
Excited to provide exceptional user support, the full-time Global Support Engineer will work remotely to manage user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Balance and prioritize multiple support tickets while maintaining effective communication with users and stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of CodeSignal's product offerings to assist users effectively and gather data for issue resolution
- Advocate for users by ensuring their needs are met and by providing timely and efficient problem-solving support
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Strong organizational, research, and time-management skills
- Ability to remain focused and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and empathetic team player eager to learn and adapt quickly
