Key responsibilities
  • Balance and prioritize multiple support tickets while maintaining effective communication with users and stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of CodeSignal's product offerings to assist users effectively and gather data for issue resolution
  • Advocate for users by ensuring their needs are met and by providing timely and efficient problem-solving support
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Strong organizational, research, and time-management skills
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative and empathetic team player eager to learn and adapt quickly
