Global Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search websites and contact state and local taxing entities to obtain tax-related information
• Consolidate tax information into data files for software use
• Submit tax forms, track responses, and provide support to client-facing departments

Qualifications:

• BA degree preferred or 2 years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Ability to evaluate and understand complex information
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
• Experience in personal property tax and/or real property tax a plus
