Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Global Regional Systems Integrator Leader will define and execute portfolio strategies to drive growth and scale across Databricks' Managed Gold Portfolio of Systems Integrator partners while working cross-functionally to maximize business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for managing strategic partner relationships
• Define and execute strategies that drive predictable, recurring revenue growth
• Engage C-suite executives to align investment priorities and establish shared business objectives

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with global organizations
• Proven track record of leading Regional and Global System Integrator partnerships
• Deep understanding of alliance organizations and their business strategies
• Experience in enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
