Job Summary
Seeking a Head of Global Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote leader will manage the sourcing, vetting, and hiring processes while designing scalable people systems to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting pipelines by sourcing candidates, filtering applicants, and conducting structured interviews
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management aligned with company objectives
- Monitor hiring metrics and employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of hiring across various roles including marketing, operations, and leadership
- Experience with recruiting tech stacks and managing hiring systems
