Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across its talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of transformative initiatives across all workstreams
• Manage the Lever ATS, focusing on system optimization and user adoption
• Develop and manage comprehensive implementation roadmaps and timelines for TA initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in program/project management
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building reporting frameworks
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment best practices
• Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
