Job Summary
As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the full-time Manager, Global Talent Acquisition will define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, lead a distributed team, and enhance hiring quality and effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
- Champion hiring excellence by establishing structured interview frameworks and quality-of-hire metrics
- Lead executive and senior leadership searches, leveraging talent mapping strategies and partnerships with search firms
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Significant experience in SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting
- Expertise in workforce planning and talent intelligence
- Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
