Required Qualifications

Fluency in English and Hebrew
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with global hiring expertise
Demonstrated success in recruiting across multiple departments and seniority levels
Experience in HR, people operations, or employee relations
Strong understanding of global recruiting best practices
