• Analyze internal and external labor market data to drive talent mapping, supply-and-demand forecasting, and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to drive data-led talent strategies that reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
• Expert-level command of HR and enterprise tools as well as labor market research platforms
• Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting evidence-based talent solutions
