Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Talent Analyst Apprentice starting September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and talent analytics dashboards for assigned functions and projects
• Support the development of programs like Onboarding and Mentoring
• Prepare presentations or summaries for HR stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the HR system

Required Qualifications

• Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or business school
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for digital and AI
• Understanding of IT systems, preferably HR-related
• Fluency in English as a day-to-day working language
