• Strong ability to present complex data in an executive-ready format
• Experience in setting up new capabilities or programs and driving their adoption
• Proficiency with market-data platforms such as Lightcast and LinkedIn Talent Insights
• Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and mentoring junior staff
