Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Talent Management Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of performance, talent, and succession modules in SuccessFactors
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for performance and talent management systems and provide data analysis and reporting
  • Design and develop eLearning materials and deliver training to drive user adoption and system efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, instructional design, or HR
  • Strong experience with SuccessFactors and LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and visual design principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global role
