Job Summary
To support a growing global talent supply strategy, the full-time Global Talent Manager will manage the end-to-end graduate-to-opportunity matching pipeline remotely, ensuring experienced Generation graduates are effectively assessed and matched to paid opportunities across various markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the global alumni talent pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and assessment of candidates
- Collaborate with business development to engage employers and define hiring requirements while supporting opportunity definition
- Design and implement alumni re-engagement strategies to keep graduates active and motivated for job opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or workforce development
- Proven experience managing talent pipelines across multiple markets or regions
- Strong understanding of employability and graduate placement models
- Fluency in Spanish due to expansion into Latin America
- Experience in social impact or youth employment programs is preferred
