Job Summary

To support a growing global talent supply strategy, the full-time Global Talent Manager will manage the end-to-end graduate-to-opportunity matching pipeline remotely, ensuring experienced Generation graduates are effectively assessed and matched to paid opportunities across various markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage the global alumni talent pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and assessment of candidates
  • Collaborate with business development to engage employers and define hiring requirements while supporting opportunity definition
  • Design and implement alumni re-engagement strategies to keep graduates active and motivated for job opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or workforce development
  • Proven experience managing talent pipelines across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong understanding of employability and graduate placement models
  • Fluency in Spanish due to expansion into Latin America
  • Experience in social impact or youth employment programs is preferred
