Global Talent Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of the global Talent Strategy function, the full-time Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead will manage end-to-end operations, budget oversight, and performance reporting across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility while working primarily remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and standardize operations across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility to ensure consistent execution
• Manage the global Talent Strategy team budget, including forecasting, tracking, and cost control
• Oversee data analytics and reporting, defining KPIs and delivering insights to inform strategy and performance

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in leadership
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations
• Strong knowledge of TA strategies, tools, systems, and operating models
• Proven ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Experience managing HR/talent technology partners and driving change management for process rollouts
