Global Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Tax (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global tax accounting and income tax reporting for all entities in the company group
• Lead and mentor the tax team in completing the global ASC 740 tax provision process
• Partner with business teams to ensure global tax compliance and tax efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• CPA qualification
• Experience in Big 4 and industry within a multinational publicly-traded company
• Strong knowledge of US international tax concepts
• Experience with M&A integration
