Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, driving growth and retention through post-sales technical partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering alignment while allowing regional autonomy
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, customer success, or technical program management within payments or fintech
- Proven track record of managing and scaling technical post-sales functions with measurable commercial outcomes
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels across multiple regions
