Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, driving growth and retention through post-sales technical partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering alignment while allowing regional autonomy
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, customer success, or technical program management within payments or fintech
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling technical post-sales functions with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels across multiple regions
