Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will drive strategic initiatives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on post-sales technical partnerships to enhance merchant performance and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions
- Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management activities to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
