Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Evolve the team towards proactive merchant enablement and establish clear performance metrics
- Lead and develop a distributed team while fostering cross-functional partnerships with various departments
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading distributed or global teams and building post-sales functions
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
- Strong communication skills to represent team impact and advocate for resources
