Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will drive the strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay by managing technical partnerships with merchants, enhancing performance, and fostering growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across the US, UK, and Australia to enhance merchant performance and growth
  • Establish clear goals and performance measurement frameworks to connect technical account management efforts with commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling technical post-sales functions that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in environments where success is not easily quantified by ticket volume alone
  • Ability to build partnerships with GTM, Product, and Engineering at leadership levels across multiple regions
