Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will drive post-sales technical partnerships for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on merchant growth and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments or fintech
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
  • Experience navigating complex global markets with diverse products and regulations
