Job Summary

Global Technical Account Manager, who will lead a full-time team focused on supporting Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants through strategic technical partnerships and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Technical Account Management strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and represent the merchant voice in product development discussions
Required Qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
  • Experience navigating global markets and managing through organizational change
