Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks for the team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team while fostering cross-functional partnerships
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling technical post-sales functions
  • Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
  • Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
