Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering global alignment while respecting regional autonomy
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven track record of leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and building performance measurement frameworks in complex environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the team's work and impact to leadership
