Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks connecting technical account management to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Experience navigating global markets with varying products, regulations, and merchant needs
