Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on enhancing merchant performance and driving commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions, fostering collaboration and regional autonomy
- Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven experience in leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and performance metrics in complex environments
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
