Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will drive post-sales technical partnerships for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on merchant growth and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US, UK, and Australia.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical post-sales functions that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Experience navigating global markets with varying products, regulations, and merchant needs
