Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on post-sales technical partnerships to enhance merchant performance and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management efforts to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments or fintech
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
