Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute the strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships while working collaboratively across various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering global alignment and regional autonomy
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
- Experience navigating global markets and managing through organizational change
