Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Director will define and execute the TAM strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives of Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across multiple regions
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks connecting technical account management efforts to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with GTM, Product, and Engineering at leadership levels
  • Experience managing through organizational change and building team culture in ambiguous environments
