Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute the TAM strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering cross-functional partnerships
- Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
