Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Evolve the team from reactive support to proactive merchant enablement and performance protection
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across various regions
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
  • Experience navigating global markets with varying products and regulations
