Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Director will define and execute the strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes while collaborating across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers across the US, UK, and Australia
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
  • Experience navigating global markets with differing products and regulations
