Job Summary
Leading a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, ensuring their growth and performance through proactive technical partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Technical Account Managers while establishing clear goals and performance measurement frameworks
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
- Experience navigating the complexities of global markets with varying products and regulations
