Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time salaried Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute the strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes while managing a distributed team across the US, UK, and Australia.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering cross-functional partnerships
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
