Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering cross-functional partnerships
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and represent merchant needs to Product and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments or fintech
  • Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
  • Strong technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in defining team strategy and performance metrics in complex environments
  • Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
