Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships
- Establish clear goals and performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management efforts to commercial success
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels
- Experience navigating the complexities of global markets with diverse products and regulations
