Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time salaried Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute the TAM strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and performance measurement
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and represent the merchant voice in product and engineering discussions
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
  • Experience navigating global markets with varying products and regulations
