Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies to support Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, ensuring their growth and performance while collaborating across multiple regions and functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and represent the merchant voice in product discussions
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in defining team strategy and setting performance metrics in complex environments
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels across various regions
