Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
- Establish clear goals and performance measurement frameworks to connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
- Lead and develop a distributed team, fostering cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, and Engineering
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships at leadership levels across multiple regions
