Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time salaried Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, driving merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers while fostering cross-functional partnerships
- Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management or related fields within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Experience navigating the complexities of global markets and managing through organizational change
