Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships while collaborating across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering global alignment while respecting regional autonomy
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues and represent the merchant voice in product and engineering discussions
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Experience managing and leading distributed or global teams
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership levels in GTM, Product, and Engineering
  • Experience navigating global markets with varying products, regulations, and merchant needs
