Job Summary

Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time salaried Global Technical Account Manager will drive merchant growth and retention for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay through strategic partnerships and proactive support while managing cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global TAM strategy, aligning team priorities with commercial objectives
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers to enhance merchant performance and unlock growth
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues
Required qualifications
  • Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, or SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing distributed or global teams effectively
  • Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical post-sales functions that drive commercial outcomes
  • Ability to navigate the complexities of global markets and collaborate with leadership across multiple regions
