Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategies for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay merchants, ensuring their growth and success through proactive technical partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Establish performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management efforts to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Experience managing and leading distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency across payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leadership in GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Experience navigating global markets with varying products, regulations, and merchant needs
