Job Summary
Leading a global team of Technical Account Managers, the full-time Global Technical Account Management Lead will define and execute strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, focusing on proactive merchant enablement and driving commercial outcomes across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a distributed team while establishing clear goals and performance measurement frameworks
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to represent merchant needs and influence product development
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven experience leading and managing distributed or global teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in defining team strategy and setting KPIs in complex environments
- Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
