Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Global Technical Account Manager will define and execute the strategy for Cash App Pay, Afterpay, and Clearpay, ensuring merchant growth and retention through proactive technical partnerships across the US, UK, and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global TAM strategy aligned with commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Technical Account Managers while fostering cross-functional partnerships
- Establish performance measurement frameworks connecting technical account management to commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or customer success within payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Proven track record of leading and managing distributed teams
- Technical fluency in payments infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience defining team strategy and building performance measurement frameworks
- Ability to navigate global markets and manage organizational change effectively
