Global Tender Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Tender Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored tender responses to regional stakeholders, focusing on successful outcomes and conversion rates
• Collaborate with regional tender teams and subject matter experts to maintain a criteria response library
• Support the review and interpretation of proposal requirements, ensuring understanding of customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 13+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 6 years of related experience
• Experience administering tenders and contracts within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in bid/tender/proposal development and management
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or tender management platforms
• Experience with knowledge base software & systems and/or content management systems
