Global Tender Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Tender Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored tender responses to regional stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Collaborate with regional tender teams and subject matter experts to maintain a criteria response library
• Develop and communicate department-wide KPIs for contracting, analytics, and strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 13+ years of related experience; a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience
• Experience administering tenders and contracts within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in bid/tender/proposal development and management
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or tender management platforms
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors to enhance operational efficiency
