Global Tender Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Tender Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored tender responses to regional stakeholders to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain a criteria response library
• Support review and interpretation of proposal requirements and coordinate adherence to governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 13+ years of related experience; a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of experience
• Experience administering tenders and contracts in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in bid/tender/proposal development and management
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or tender management platforms
• Experience with knowledge base software & systems or content management systems
