• 15+ years of HR leadership experience focused on total rewards in a global environment
• Proven experience in HR technology transformation and AI applications in HR
• Expert-level analytical skills with the ability to leverage predictive analytics
• In-depth knowledge of compensation/benefits regulations across multiple geographies
