Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and improve total rewards offerings, including compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct analyses of compensation data and market trends to support competitive positioning
  • Provide training and documentation for HRIS and total rewards processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in global compensation practices and multi-state US health benefits
  • International Compensation and Benefits experience required
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large data sets and Microsoft Excel required
  • Certifications in compensation or human resources preferred
