Job Summary

- Administer and improve total rewards offerings, including compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct analyses of compensation data and market trends to support competitive positioning
- Provide training and documentation for HRIS and total rewards processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in global compensation practices and multi-state US health benefits
- International Compensation and Benefits experience required
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large data sets and Microsoft Excel required
- Certifications in compensation or human resources preferred
